In-person our offices are both child and adult-friendly with carefully selected art supplies, sand trays, and sensorimotor equipment to aid in safely exploring our body-based needs for rhythm, self-regulation, and sensory exploration. Telehealth sessions are held through a licensed, HIPAA compliant Zoom platform

  • You can make a referral by clicking the “Get Started” or “Become a Client” buttons to access our Intake Form. This form will go directly to our Intake Coordinator who will be in touch within 48 hours.

  • Yes, we offer teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer to meet remotely.

  • Yes, confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy. Your therapist will explain the limits of confidentiality, such as situations involving imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, as required by law.

  • Confidentiality for minors varies depending on the age of the minor. We discuss confidentiality guidelines with both the minor and their legal guardians during intake and throughout their therapy process.

  • We understand that life circumstances can change. Please notify your therapist as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, and they will work with you on the appropriate next steps. We do charge for No Shows or Late Cancellations.

  • Building a trusting relationship is crucial in therapy. If you don't feel comfortable with your therapist, please reach out to the practice owner at 781 218-2377 and/or fill out the client feedback form here. We will help you find another therapist within our practice who may be a better fit.

  • Sessions typically last 45 to 60 minutes, although this can vary based on your therapist's recommendation and your specific needs.

  • Frequency depends on your goals and the nature of your concerns. Initially, weekly sessions are often recommended to establish momentum and progress. However, the right frequency for you will be determined through conversations between you and your therapist.

  • In general, therapy sessions are conducted one-on-one to ensure confidentiality and focus. However, exceptions can be made in certain circumstances with prior conversations and agreement between you and your therapist. An exception would be couples counseling which, by design, usually involves you and your partner/s.

  • The duration of therapy varies depending on your goals and progress. Some clients find they achieve their goals in a few months, while others may benefit from longer-term therapy. You and your therapist will discuss a timeline and treatment plan based on your unique needs.
