What is the Cost of KAP Treatment?

    • We will provide you with contact information for local Ketamine prescribers who are typically psychiatric RNs or psychiatrists. Our referral list is continually evolving as we work to identify aligned practitioners who are affordable and take insurance. Self-pay for these prescription services generally average around $300 for the initial consultation and the Ketamine cost. This will vary among prescribers.

    • The medical intake and follow-ups are not covered by insurance, but they are eligible for out-of-network reimbursement through insurance. This decision is made exclusively by your insurance company. The cost of a Ketamine prescription is approximately $15 plus shipping for the first two doses and $90 plus shipping for the remaining 4 to 6 doses depending on what treatment plan is decided upon by you and your prescriber.

    • Covered by insurance (you pay your co-pay) or a self-pay rate of $200.

    • Both preparation and integration sessions are offered at the typical 53-minute clinical therapy session and, thus, can be billed to insurance. If we do not take your insurance, we can offer a Superbill for you to submit for reimbursement. This option is also solely based on insurance approval.

  • Self-pay rate of $500 per session as extended psychotherapy sessions are not covered by insurance companies.
